After a few years of stagnation, I trawled cyber space and found the ECROTrain Web site. What it said got me curious so I registered to get hold of the Free E-Book “The 19 Fatal Mistakes that Most Small Business Managers Make …and the Ways to Avoid Them”.
After a few reads, I put a couple of the ideas of how to turn around some mistakes I had made, into place… and saw an instant change for the better within a couple of weeks. That got me a bit excited so I bought a couple of the other E-Books. Again after a quick read, I picked a couple of new ideas. The process suggested in the booklets helped me clarify four goals to target. I wanted to achieve them and I did, all within the 6 months.

The big difference was that I found pools of ‘Hidden Money” lurking away in the way I ran my business. Now I make as much money without spending so much time on the job. I would not have made as much money in less time if I had not taken the necessary steps.

Other great changes happened when I got involved in the Entrepreneurs Success Club.

Joining in the mastermind sessions I tapped into a force of mentors’ wisdom that pushed my then limited thinking up to new heights. I have minimised my negative thoughts.

It has been an exciting year of change and growth.

Noel said that after a year of applying the business secrets he shared in the E-Books I might need a pair of binoculars to look back to where I started. I did not believe him. I nearly did not start, because I was more content to stick my head up my ‘clacker’ and hope my problems would go away.

When I first joined the ECROTrain Challenge Program, I would never have imagined how profoundly things would change in such a short time. But within months of starting to think through where I was and where I wanted to be, I got through some pretty difficult times. Our business is like a bucket … and we want to have it overflowing!

When Noel Spann, from ECROTrain Business Coaching, says he helps small businesses, “get 5 gallons out of their 4 gallon bucket”, he’s the man to help make it happen.
When Noel came to OST Databases, our bucket was full of holes and we were fumbling about trying to even get two good gallons out of it. Our business was leaking, badly.

The drought was a turning point for us. We took Noel Spann’s ECROTrain Challenge on board in May 2006 and our business fortunes turned around.
